We recommend securing rentals at least 4 weeks in advance, for most months. Our busiest months are March, May and September. To ensure you get the pieces you love, we recommend reserving your date 10-12 weeks in advance.
We understand that accidents do happen. If an item is broken, chipped, or missing, a replacement fee will be charged based on its replacement cost.
No. Just remove any food or liquid from the dishes. Please do not put any items in the dishwasher nor the microwave, as that may damage the gold trim.
We offer setup and/or take down, for an additional fee based on your party size.
Our standard rental period is three days, giving you time for setup, your special gathering, and an easy return.

Yes. We do have clients that prefer to pick up their rental to save on delivery fees. Our items are too delicate for the ride in the back of one. We have the right to refuse transfer, if pick-up truck is the available mode of transportation.
A tea party for up to 35, is doable in a midsized vehicle., utilizing trunk entire back seat. Larger party, 35-50 guests, would need an SUV/van to transport the numerous bins.
