We recommend securing rentals at least 4 weeks in advance, for most months. However, we are finding during our most popular months of March, May and September, 10-12 weeks in advance would be safer.
We know accidents happen. If you are aware, let us know. Pack up the pieces and return to us. We do an inventory inspection after each event. Any chips, cracks or shortages, will be billed at our replacement cost.
Nope. Just remove any food or liquid from the dishes. Please do not put any items in the dishwasher. We hand wash all to preserve the vintage gold on our elements.

Delivery/Pick up for parties under 50 guests:
Within 10 miles of our Wake Forest location $80
Within 11-20 miles of our WF location $120
Within 21-30 miles of our WF location $160
Within 31-40 miles of our WF location $200.
For parties above 50 and above, please inquire within.
Washing/Restocking Fee: 20% of Rental Order
Yes. We do have clients that prefer to pick up their rental to save them delivery fees. Our tea elements are too delicate to be placed in the back of a pick up truck. We have the right to refuse pick up, if pick up truck is the available mode of transportation.
A tea party for up to 35, is doable in a midsized vehicle. A larger party, 35-50 guests, would need an SUV/van to transport the numerous bins.
We do have ways to save room for larger parties.
